Snooze 5は、Snooze 5運営者が提供する目覚ましアラームアプリです。
本アプリは個人情報を自動収集しません。ただし、ユーザーがご意見箱、Xまたはメールから任意に送信した内容を、運営者が受領する場合があります。
以下では、その根拠と詳細を透明性をもってご説明します。
本アプリは、以下を含む個人情報を自動的に取得しません。
本アプリは機能上必要な以下のデータを、端末内またはAppleのStoreKitを通じて保存・参照します。運営者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。

本アプリの運営者サーバーへのデータ送信は一切ありません。
本アプリをご利用の際にインターネット通信が発生するのは、以下のAppleのインフラとの通信のみです。
これらの通信に関するデータ取扱いについては、Apple Inc.のプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
ユーザーが任意でご意見箱フォームを利用した場合、入力した内容と選択した種類が、Notionのフォーム機能を通じて運営者に送信されます。ご意見箱は返信を前提としない一方通行の窓口であり、氏名・メールアドレス等の連絡先の入力欄は設けていません。
送信された内容は、アプリの改善・不具合把握・お問い合わせ対応のためにのみ利用します。Notion、X、メールを通じて受領した内容は、対応完了後12か月以内を目安に削除します（法令上の保存義務がある場合を除きます）。削除を希望する場合は、送信に使用したアカウントまたはメールアドレスを明記のうえ、snooze5.st@gmail.comへご連絡ください。
Notion、Xおよびメールサービス上のデータは、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーにも従って処理されます。
本アプリは、目覚ましアラームを機能させるためにApple AlarmKitのアラーム権限を使用します。
アラーム権限を許可しない場合でも、アプリのインストールや設定は可能ですが、アラーム機能が動作しません。権限はいつでもiOSの設定アプリから変更できます。
本アプリは、いかなる第三者（広告ネットワーク・分析サービス・データブローカー等）に対しても、ユーザーデータを提供・販売・共有しません。
本アプリにはサードパーティ製のSDK・ライブラリは一切組み込まれていません。
プレミアム機能の購入はApple App Store経由で行われます。
返金については、App StoreよりAppleへ直接お申し出ください。
本アプリは、App Storeが署名したアプリ取得日時を基準に、同じApple Accountにつき1回、7日間の無料お試し期間を提供します。このお試しはApp Storeの自動更新サブスクリプションではありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童から意図的にデータを収集するものではありません。未成年者が本アプリを購入する場合は、保護者の管理するApple IDの設定（ペアレンタルコントロール）をご確認ください。

Note: The free trial is offered once per Apple Account and is measured from the App Store-signed acquisition date. It never creates an automatic charge.
This App's operator server never receives any data whatsoever.
The only internet communication that occurs while using this App is with the following Apple infrastructure.

If a user voluntarily uses the Feedback Box form, the content entered and the category selected are sent to the operator via Notion's form feature. The Feedback Box is a one-way channel that does not presuppose a reply, and it has no field for contact information such as name or email address.
Submitted content is used only to improve the App, understand bugs, and respond to inquiries. Content received through Notion, X, or email is generally deleted within 12 months after the matter is resolved, unless retention is required by law. To request deletion, email snooze5.st@gmail.com and identify the account or email address used to submit the content.
Data held by Notion, X, and email service providers is also processed under each provider's privacy policy.
This App uses Apple AlarmKit's alarm permission in order for the alarm to function.
Even if you do not grant alarm permission, you may still install and configure the App, but the alarm feature will not function. Permission can be changed at any time from the iOS Settings app.
This App does not provide, sell, or share user data with any third party (advertising networks, analytics services, data brokers, etc.).
This App does not incorporate any third-party SDKs or libraries whatsoever.
Purchases of premium features are made via the Apple App Store.

This App offers one seven-day free trial per Apple Account, measured from the App Store-signed app acquisition date. It is not an App Store auto-renewable subscription.
This App does not intentionally collect data from children under the age of 13. If a minor purchases this App, please check the settings (parental controls) of the Apple ID managed by their guardian.
